Each fruit has certain types of nutrients which are essential in the daily human body needs, however, there are fruits that have high sugar content and should be consumed in lesser amounts only compared to others. This type of sugar, called fructose, cannot be converted to energy and is only metabolized by the liver. The liver will be damaged if there is too much fructose to metabolize. Fruits that have high fructose level include mangoes, bananas and pineapples. Eating fruits is good for our body but it should be eaten in small amounts daily, especially the tropical fruits with high sugar content.

The variety of vegetable available is wide. You can get a lot of vitamins, as well as minerals in all types of vegetables. Foods that contain lots of fiber are vegetables. Eating vegetables alone will not make you feel satiated. It needs to be consumed in large quantities or eaten with other foods.

There is another type of food that is all of us like to eat. Spicy foods are tasty only to some people. Spicy foods can cause irritation to the stomach, however, these also have some health benefits. Benefits include weight loss, prevention of heart diseases and prevention of cancer. Some people who have indigestion do not have to deal with eating bland food all the time. A solution is to let the stomach rest and slowly add spices to the food.
