You can post your advertisements on the newspapers, online, distribute it on social gatherings, post it at the gas, bus, or train stations, or even give to friends who can advertise by word of mouth, etc.
Try arranging for the viewers to see the unit at the same schedule, and in most probability it will help them to make their decisions faster since they see the other parties as competition. In this situation, you do not try hard to convince the buyers since their presence will be enough to make them decide.
